My apartment of 45 m2 is situated on the 1st floor, sunny and very quiet, it overlook a flowered garden. An amazing nest of greenery and calm<\/span>
in middle of Paris, near Montparnasse !
Comfortable and well equipped it include :
1 large living + bedroom (26m2) with 1 double bed + 1 couch for 1pers., with fireplace and 2 windows overlooking the garden.
1 kitchen (13m2) well equipped with : 1 table for 4\/5 persons, 4 induction burner, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer,.dishwasher, washer\/dryer …
1 bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet.
Various equipment : TV (all international programs), stereo, Wi Fi internet, fireplace, electric heating, hot water etc. ….<\/span><\/p>\n

The Neighborhood<\/strong><\/span>
– The apartment is located in the 14th district of Paris, near Montparnasse and close to several subway stations (Plaisance or Al\u00e9sia), bus (62 or 58)<\/span>
or taxi for a quick and easy access to all areas of Paris.
– Many restaurants and shops of all kinds are available in the vicinity (vegetarian restaurant, Bio food shops, etc…) as well as a market with fresh fruit<\/span>
and vegetable, 2 times a week (Wednesday\/Sunday), immediately in front of the apartment.
– The 14th arrondissement is a lively neighborhood. Most major brands of clothing (Sonia Rikiel, Cardin, etc…) have located here their<\/span>
